    A few words about us

    KERDOS is a company with a significant presence in Crete for 20 years offering high standard services and professional care. The variety of our services together with our colleagues experience and professionalism makes us a dynamic team and one of the leaders in the Cretan market. Our main goal is to preserve our customers' interest and meet their needs and demands.

    With these criteria, we are active in the real estate, accounting, insurance and financial-investment sectors. Our course, combined with the experience we have gained over the years, make us pioneers and specialists in our field.

    Our history

    The first steps of our business are in 1993 when we start the first accounting office in Kalyves Apokoronou. The response of the world was immediate and from the very first moment relationships of trust were established.

    Within the framework of good cooperation, the company, apart from accounting work, also offers additional services related to public services and banks. This was also the starting point for further expanding our business activities in other areas.

    Important moments

    • 1993: the first accounting office becomes a reality in Kalyves, Apokoronas, Chania.
    • 1998: we expand our activities in real estate and insurances.
    • 2000: we further expand our activities in financial & investment field.
    • 2002: our branch office in Chania is realized.
    • 2002: the Realtors Association of the Prefecture of Chania is founded and our company is one of the founding members, while Mrs. Efi Sgouraki is still today Member of the Board of the Association.
    • 2008: we become members of the "e-real estate" network that aims at the advertising of our customers' properties all around Greece

    Our company is also a member of the Greek-Italian, Greek-German & Greek-Russian Chamber of Commerce.

    Furthermore, our company constantly participates in real estate exhibitions both domestic and international, aiming thus at the best marketing for our customers' properties.
